2. UV light curing glue does not contain water or solvent components, 100% solid content, after printing, it is cured by a UV curing machine, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed on the material.

The principle of using screen printing glue is very simple. Just like ink screen printing, the screen printing glue spreads the glue evenly on the substrate to be joined through the screen printing technology. After the glue dries, a layer of adhesive paper will be produced. The same self-adhesive film can then be bonded to the other side of the substrate in real time, or mounted with a layer of release paper for future use.

At present, most screen-printed signs or panels are mainly made of acrylic and plastics, such as polyester, PVC, ABS, PC, and PET films. To use glue to paste this kind of silk-screened plastic, you must choose non-corrosive glue to avoid damaging the plastic surface or corroding the silk-screen ink. Water-based glue is the better choice.
