Kj-811 is a colorless and transparent adhesive for ABS and PVC. It is irritating to skin and mucous membrane but not corrosive. It is a single liquid plastic adhesive for TPU and PVC. The viscosity value is about 2-20cps. The bonding strength can replace ultrasonic welding. The positioning time is 5-30s, reaching the strength of the material itself. Soft PVC TPU adhesive curing time: more than 4 hours, the product can only be used for closely matched parts, gap greater than 0.1 mm will reduce the adhesion.

Application method of ABS adhesive for PVC

1. Put the special glue for ABS and PVC into a small glue bottle and use it to form a thin line. Then cover the products to be bonded together on the other side, press it for a few seconds, then position it, and place it for more than 4 hours to reach the full curing strength.

Note: if too much glue is applied, the glue spread between the two layers of products is not thin enough, especially there is too much glue in the special shape of some products, which will affect the drying speed of glue, and will seriously affect the initial bonding strength and final bonding strength. At this time, it is necessary to position the fixture to fix the glue, apply continuous pressure, and remove it after complete curing.
